Returns Policy
We are confident
that you will love Emerald Hills Vineyard wines and will
enjoy sharing them with family and friends. Due to the
nature of wine and the regulations governing the
shipment of wine, we do not accept returns of wine. If,
however, your wine was damaged during shipping or you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please
contact us so we can ensure your future satisfaction.
Shipping Policy
Emerald Hills Vineyard
ships its wines via FedEx to those states which we can
ship wine legally ( Alaska, California, Colorado,
District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois,
Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Oregon,
Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin). We offer two
shipping methods. Standard Service (FedEx Ground) and
Priority Service (FedEx 2 day Air).
All wine sold by Emerald
Hills Vineyard may be sold and delivered only to a
person who is at least 21 years old. By virtue of your
order with Emerald Hills Vineyard, you represent to us
that you are at least 21 years old and the person to
whom the wine will be delivered is also 21 years old.
Any shipment containing wine will require the signature
of an adult 21 years or older possessing valid,
government-issued picture ID, at the time of delivery.
Delivery typically takes
place between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. For
this reason, we recommend you use a business address for
wine delivery purposes (carriers will not leave wine
deliveries without an adult signature).
